Hello,
My query is regarding FOX 2001's behavior during power supply interruptions. Specifically, supposing i have set it to heat water to 60 degC and there's suddenly a power interruption, will the FOX2001, upon restoration of power, retain the Set Value (SV) of 60degC and thus continue to operate the heating element until the SV is achieved?
